Oriented Strand Board (OSB)

Oriented Strand Board, commonly known as OSB or flakeboard, is an engineered wood product made by drying wood strands (flakes), blending them with adhesives, and compressing them in specific orientations.

  1. OSB panels are dense, water-resistant, and free from internal gaps or voids.
  2. They provide a uniform finish with properties similar to plywood, while being more cost-effective.
  3. With higher load-bearing strength than traditional wood panels, OSB is widely used in construction and structural applications.
